🛫 Travel to Douala
Nearest Airport: Douala International Airport (DLA), located about 15–20 minutes from the university campus.

Accommodation: A list of recommended hotels (budget, mid-range, and premium) near the venue will be provided.
🛂 Visa Information
Most international participants will require a visa to enter Cameroon. Please check with the nearest Cameroonian Embassy or Consulate in your country for specific requirements.
Steps to obtain a visa:
Complete your conference registration and payment.
Request an official invitation letter from the Organising Committee via email.
Submit the invitation letter, proof of registration, and other required documents to the Cameroonian Embassy/Consulate.
